Setting Up Your Brand Profile

Fill in the core brand facts AI uses to understand your business.

The Brand Profile is the first tab in Brand Kit, labeled "General Info" in the sidebar. It holds the foundational facts AI relies on across the platform, from monitoring prompts to AI Writer output.

About Your Brand

Brand Description ("what your company does") — a free-text field that gives AI context about who you are, shown as a single card you can edit.

Brand Mission

Mission statement ("your north star") — a free-text field describing what your brand stands for and why it exists.

Product Categories

A read-only preview of the categories defined on the Product & Service Categories tab, shown as cards with name and description. If none exist yet, this section shows an empty state with a button that takes you straight there to add some.

Brand Details

Four more cards round out the profile: Industry (e.g. "SaaS, E-commerce, Healthcare"), Target Market (e.g. "SMBs in Southeast Asia"), Revenue Models (e.g. "SaaS subscription, freemium"), and Customer Types (e.g. "B2B, B2C, enterprise").

Editing a Field

Click the pencil (Edit) icon on any card to switch it to an editable textarea. Click the checkmark (or press Ctrl+Enter) to save, or the X (or press Escape) to cancel without saving.

Every field is optional except Brand Name, which is set when the project is created and shown at the top of the page alongside your domain.

The more specific your description and mission, the more relevant AI-generated content and monitoring prompts will be.
