Understanding Your Dashboard

Explain every section of the AEO Overview page, your project's command center.

The Overview page combines a quick snapshot of your content and integrations with a growth report pulled from your connected traffic tools, all in one place.

Next Best Action

A dynamic recommendation card at the top of the page that tells you the single highest-impact thing to do next, based on your project's current state (e.g. connecting a publishing platform, verifying your blog domain, or publishing more content).

Project Status

Four quick-glance cards: total Blog posts and Social posts published, how many Platforms are connected (out of 5 supported), and your Blog domain with its verification status. Each card links straight to the relevant page to take action.

Growth Report

Pick a Period and a Compared To range to see how your Content Engine (topics tracked, keywords tracked, active prompts, content created, published to social), Website Analytics (sessions, users, engagement rate), and Search Performance (clicks, impressions, CTR, position) changed. The traffic and search numbers here are pulled from Google Analytics and Search Console once connected. See the Traffic Analytics guide for the full breakdown.

If Auto-generation is paused, the page shows a banner explaining why (e.g. no prompts left). Resolve it from Topics & Keywords to keep the growth report moving.
