Managing Product & Service Categories
Catalog what your brand sells, grouped into categories, so AI represents it accurately.
Product & Service Categories (Brand Kit → Product & Service Categories) is a two-level catalog: first group what you sell into Categories, then click into a category to manage the individual Services inside it. AI uses this catalog when generating content and monitoring prompts.
Adding a Category
Click Add Category and fill in Category Name (required, e.g. "Consulting"), Price Segment (optional: Budget, Mid-range, Premium, or All segments), and Description (optional). Every project also has a permanent Uncategorized row for services not yet assigned to a category — it can't be edited or deleted.
Editing or Deleting a Category
Use the pencil and trash icons in a category's row. Deleting a category does not delete the services inside it — they move to Uncategorized.
Managing Services Inside a Category
Click a category's row (or the arrow icon) to open its Services page. From there, Add Service to fill in Name (required), Price (optional free text, e.g. "From $500/month"), Category (dropdown, defaults to the category you came from), and Description (optional). Use the pencil and trash icons on any row to edit or remove a service.
Importing Services from a Spreadsheet
From inside a category's Services page, click Import File to upload a .csv with columns name (required), description, price, and category — column names are case-insensitive, and any category listed that doesn't already exist yet is created automatically.
Add at least a few categories and services. AI uses this catalog to avoid inventing offerings you don't actually have.
Price Segment is just a tag for organizing categories (e.g. filtering Premium vs Budget offerings) — it doesn't have to match the free-text Price on individual services.
Use the CSV import if you're migrating a service list from another tool or spreadsheet.
