Managing Your Image Library
Explain how to upload, describe, and organize images so AI Writer and social content can use them.
The Image Library holds every photo your brand can draw on for content: product shots, lifestyle photos, brand assets. Before an image can be picked automatically for a blog post or social image, it needs a description. This guide covers uploading, describing, and organizing that library.

Uploading Images
Drag and drop files onto the grid, or click Upload / the dashed upload card. PNG, JPEG, WEBP, and GIF are supported, up to 10 MB per file. Multiple files upload as a batch and queue straight into the Describe modal.
Filtering & Search
Filter the grid by All, Described, Needs info (no description yet), Needs topic review (AI-suggested topic matches waiting for confirmation), No topic, and Link product categories (shown only if your brand has product/service categories set up). The search box matches filename, description text, and tags.
Describing an Image
Every image needs a description before it can be used in content generation. Open an image (hover a card and choose Describe) to fill in three fields: What does this image show?, Message or emotion to convey, and How it could be used in a post. Or click Generate to have AI auto-fill all three plus tags directly from the image. A writing-formula panel next to the fields shows the formula, rules, and a good example for whichever field you're editing.

Batch Describing
When you upload two or more images at once, they queue together in the Describe modal with Save & next. A batch header lets you apply the same Product category and Topics to every image in that upload in one action, while each image still gets its own subject/message/usage text.
Needs Topic Review
AI suggests topics for described images automatically. The Needs topic review tab groups these suggestions by topic so you can Confirm all, or review and confirm/reject them one by one.
No Topic
Images that aren't assigned to any topic are invisible to content generation: they'll never be picked for a blog post or social image. The No topic tab lets you select images, pick one or more topics, and Assign them in bulk.
Link Product Categories
If your brand has product/service categories set up, described images that aren't linked to one show up here. Use Suggest to get an AI-recommended category for the photo, or pick one manually. Linking makes sure product articles use the real product photo instead of a generic stock-style image.
Be concrete in the What does this image show? field: name the subject, colors, and setting. That's the text AI Writer searches against when picking an image for an article.
Never write "do NOT use for…" in the usage field. Image search has no concept of negation, so it can backfire and make the image more likely to be picked for the exact article you wanted to avoid. List the topics it does fit instead.
Auto-fill with AI is a fast starting point, but review and tighten the generated text. Specific, verifiable details match better than generic descriptions.
