Traffic Analytics: Website & Search Performance

Explain how to connect and read the Traffic Analytics page.

Traffic Analytics shows your real website traffic and Google Search rankings. Connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console once from Settings → Integrations, and both sections populate automatically.

Connecting Google Analytics & Search Console

Each section shows a connect prompt until it's linked. You'll need a Google Analytics 4 property and a verified Google Search Console site for your domain. Once connected, use Unlink in the section header if you ever need to switch properties.

Google Analytics

Shows Sessions, Total Users, Organic Users, Engagement Rate, and Avg. Duration for the selected date range, plus a Traffic Trend chart. Below that, Top Landing Pages ranks your pages by sessions, and Sessions by Channel plus the Traffic Acquisition table break traffic down by source (organic search, direct, referral, and more).

Search Console

Shows Total Clicks, Total Impressions, Avg. CTR, and Avg. Position, plus a Search Performance Trend chart. The Top Queries and Top Pages tabs below let you drill into which searches and pages drive the most clicks. Toggle Only pages AEO hosts to filter the Top Pages table to content published through Jarvis AEO/SEO.

Filtering by Date Range

The date picker in the top-right applies to both the Google Analytics and Search Console sections at once. Note that Search Console data typically lags 2 days behind real time, so the default range accounts for that.

If a section shows Not connected, go to Settings → Integrations to link the matching Google account. No dev setup needed.

Use the Top Pages Only pages AEO hosts toggle to see how your AEO-published articles specifically are performing in search, separate from the rest of your site.
