Creating & Managing Content

Create articles with AI or by hand, organize them in your library, and take them live.

This covers the full content lifecycle: generate a first draft with AI Writer or start from a blank page, find and organize everything in the Content Library, then publish, edit, and turn finished posts into social content, all from Content Studio.

The Content Library

Content Studio → All Posts is where every piece of content lives: AI-generated, hand-written, blog, or social. Switch between the Blog and Social tabs, then narrow further with the filters below:

  • View modes: toggle between card view (visual grid) and list view (detailed table).
  • Filtering & search: by title or prompt text, content type, status (draft/published), topic, and date range.
  • Editing: click any item to open it in the rich text editor and update the title, body, and metadata.
  • Bulk actions: select multiple items with checkboxes to delete in bulk (bulk publish/unpublish are coming soon).

Generate an article with AI Writer

The AI Writer generates SEO/AEO-optimized articles based on your brand's topics and writing style. Click Add Content from All Posts and choose AI Writer, or open Content Studio → AI Writer directly.

  • Select a topic: this determines the subject of the article.
  • Choose a writing style (optional): pick a content profile to match your desired tone.
  • Click Generate and watch real-time progress as the AI writes the article.
  • Review and edit the finished draft in the rich text editor before publishing.

Write an article manually

Not every post needs AI. Write Manually (also under Add Content) gives you a blank post wired to a topic, so you can draft it yourself and publish it like any other article.

  • Pick a Topic (required) and, optionally, a Title, then click Create & Edit.
  • Write in the editor (headings, lists, links, images); your work saves as a draft automatically.
  • Publish when ready: it goes live on your hosted blog immediately, or unpublish anytime without losing it.
  • Manual vs. AI Writer: both produce a normal post you edit and publish the same way. Manual gives full control from a blank page; AI Writer gives you a first draft to refine.

Publish, edit, and update a post

Open any article from All Posts; its lifecycle controls sit in the top-right corner of the editor to publish it, edit it safely, push updates, or take it down.

  • Publish: needs a Title, a Slug, and some content. AEO tells you what's missing if the button stays disabled.
  • View it live: the view-post icon next to Slug opens yourbrand.aeo.how/blog/your-slug (or your custom domain).
  • Edit a live post safely: changes save as a draft; the published version stays untouched until you click Push.
  • Push or discard: Push sends your edits live; Discard reverts to the published version.
  • Unpublish: takes the post off your blog and back to draft; it stays safe in your library and can be republished anytime.

Turn a blog post into social posts

On a finished blog (Complete or Published), click Generate social (the sparkles button in the header, or the sparkles icon on its card in All Posts) to spin it into native posts for your connected platforms.

  • Pick platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, Zalo) from your connected accounts, then click Generate.
  • Review and share: find the new posts under All Posts → Social, tweak the copy, then click Share to Social to publish. The blog link is added as the first comment automatically.

Set up your writing style in Brand Kit → Writing Style for consistent tone across all generated content.

No topics yet? Add one under Topics & Keywords first. Every post, manual or AI-generated, must belong to a topic.

Nothing changes on your live blog until you click Push. Edit a published post as much as you like first.

Unpublishing and generating social posts are non-destructive: the original article always stays safe in All Posts.
